Hello World!

This is the first post of the Roadmappr devlog. The purpose of this series is to chronicle significant updates and periodically share some of my thoughts as I develop this service.

The goal of the Roadmappr project is to provide UCLA and its undergraduate students with a reliable & accurate method of planning their next four years, no matter how complex their plans are. As an incoming freshman myself, I’ve seen firsthand how complicated the class planning process can be (especially in the first quarter). With Roadmappr, I hope to alleviate at least some of this undue stress.

At the time of writing, Roadmappr is no longer in its infancy, but it is far from complete. Expect updates related to the API, as that is a priority of mine before moving full-time to the main website.
